Are the towels pictured the only towels you have?
Yes, as all products are designed, manufactured, and ordered in bulk quantities. The alternative is “print on demand” at a higher price point, which we are not yet in favor of using at this time.
Do you offer shipping?
Not at this time, though we do hope to grow and add shipping services.
How do I receive my order?
As we do not ship our products at this time, all items may be picked up locally. We are establishing pick-up points as we set up in local markets (vendor fairs, farmer markets, and retail partners). We are glad to deliver / meet up “in-town” as these pick-up options are being set. Thank y’all for this grace as we get established.
What is the difference between online ordering and the “Pop-up Shops"?
Both ordering tools are available 24/7 and both allow the same payment methods. Pop-up Shops is the tool specifically for us to organize our event sales. Once we are committed to multiple events, customers may pre-order and pick up at a specific event. The Pop-up Shop orders do incur additional fees as it runs through the Skip the Line merch app (also and Upper Cumberland business).
